A family of 8 in my town lost pretty much everything in a house fire over the weekend. The photo here is the actual picture from the paper of the firefighters at work. Yesterday, I drove past and saw a sign up. On a piece of cardboard, they had spray painted, "Keep out! Our loss is not your gain."
Sadly, there have been looters. The house is just a shell and you can see in one end and out the other. I don't know what is left over that is worth stealing. But it is so sad that a family with 6 children has to face a double tragedy.
